BREAKING NEWS! Excellent today, SPV announces the upcoming ARTLANTICA´s album featuring John West (vocals), Roger Staffelbach (guitar), Steve Di Giorgio (bass), John Macaluso/Dani Löble (drums) ... and me on keyboards of course .. ;-)

I am really proud to announce that the album “Heaven Can Wait…” of the greatest Lithuanian Melodic/Progressive Metal band SBS (Spicy Bits of Scandal) in which I participated as keyboardist and arranger will be published soon by Defox Record (official press release)

The album contains 15 brand new songs + 1 bonus track, featuring: Vitalis „Don Vito“ Kairi?kštis – vocals, Kostas Bal?i?nas – guitars, Martynas „Meška“ Garba?as – bass, Vaidotas Segenis – drums, Ram?nas Jasutis – keyboards.

Rocking in Zagreb with John Macaluso

My great friend and extraordinary drummer John Macaluso (ARK, TNT, Y. Malmsteen) will perform a clinic at the Rock Akademija music school in Zagreb (Croatia), the institute where I teach. Well, we'll play a couple songs together and the lineup is greatly completed with the great Croatian guitarist/singer Ivan Mihaljevic and bassist Marko Karacic. Who lives near Zagreb is invited to this event which will be held at the Rock Akademija, Park Ribnjak 1, Zagreb on January 31, 2013 at 8:00pm. [share the flyer]

It would be never enough to say that Yngwie Malmsteen's song "Like an Angel" is one of the most beautiful ballads ever written! Despite being a piece sung, I could not resist from making a Piano solo arrangement.

I love the Organ, my main "King" instrument! Here a couple of sessions practicing the J.S. Bach Organ Prelude and Fugue in Em BWV533 on the Braun organ at the St. Nikola Tavelic Church in Zagreb (Croatia). This masterpiece (as each single note J.S. Bach wrote is!) will be included in my next Metal instrumental album "Gemini". Why? Two simple reasons: 1. I love Bach (who does not?) and all his Music, 2. J. S. Bach is the first and, of course, greatest Rock&Metal genius in the hystory of music.
